I visited Vital Body Wellness in St Morris to experience the EE System™ for myself, and honestly, I can understand why people keep calling it Adelaide’s hidden wellness space.

The moment I walked in, I noticed how calm everything felt.

Soft lighting, comfortable recliners and a peaceful atmosphere… it immediately felt like a space designed to help people slow down and relax.

And I think that’s something a lot of people are craving right now without even realising it.

We spend so much time in “go mode”, rushing, thinking, scrolling, working, parenting and constantly overstimulated, that many people rarely give themselves the chance to properly switch off.

What is the EE System™?

The EE System™, also known as the Energy Enhancement System, is described as a wellness environment that uses light, frequency-based technology and scalar energy concepts to support deep relaxation and rest.

People don’t actually “do” anything during a session. You simply sit or recline in the space and allow yourself time to switch off and rest.

The intention of the experience is to create an environment that supports relaxation, recovery time and a sense of calm within the body and mind.

Within the EE System™ community, people sometimes describe experiences such as feeling deeply relaxed, more mentally clear, emotionally lighter, or as though their body has had a chance to “reset” after periods of stress or overload.

Some also share that it feels like stepping out of constant stimulation and giving the nervous system space to settle.

It’s important to understand these are personal, subjective experiences that can vary from person to person and are not guaranteed outcomes.

People may choose to include sessions as part of their personal wellness routine to support:
• relaxation and stress reduction
• rest and recovery
• mindfulness and self-care
• overall wellbeing
• creating space to slow down

My V-scan experience

Before my session I did a V-scan, and then repeated it again around two hours later after being in the EE System room.

What I personally found interesting was comparing the readings alongside how different I felt walking out, calmer, more settled and relaxed.

It’s one thing hearing people explain these experiences, but another thing actually sitting in the space and giving yourself permission to slow down for a while.

Why I think consistency matters

The biggest thing I kept thinking while I was there is that wellness should probably be looked at more like going to the gym.

Most people understand that one gym session won’t completely transform your body overnight. It’s consistency and regular self-care habits that often make the biggest difference over time.

I think relaxation, rest and recovery deserve that same level of priority.

Not as a quick fix.
Not as something you only think about when you’re completely burnt out.

But as something you intentionally make time for regularly.

Whether that’s exercise, meditation, Bowen therapy, massage, breathwork, better sleep habits or wellness sessions like this, creating space to reset is important too.

A wellness space for families

One thing I genuinely loved about Vital Body Wellness is how family focused they are.

They offer family-friendly EE System sessions, dedicated kids sessions, and children aged 17 and under attend free with a paying adult.

I honestly think this is such a beautiful idea because wellness and relaxation shouldn’t feel inaccessible once you become a parent.

Creating spaces where families can slow down and experience calm together is something we probably need more of.

Why this is valuable for practitioners too

As someone working in the wellness space, I can also see how beneficial an environment like this could feel for practitioners themselves.

So many practitioners spend their days supporting others, constantly listening, holding space and working with people who are stressed, overwhelmed or exhausted.

But practitioners also need opportunities to pause and recharge too.

I can understand why therapists, wellness practitioners, bodyworkers and carers may choose to include experiences like this as part of their own self-care and wellbeing routine.

Because you can only give so much before you need time to refill your own cup too.

Final thoughts

Walking out of Vital Body Wellness, I honestly understood why people keep coming back.

Not because it feels like a “quick fix”, but because it feels like giving yourself permission to finally slow down for a while.

And in today’s world, that’s probably something many people need more than they realise.

Experience it for yourself and decide whether it feels aligned for you.
