  • Can I combine Bowen therapy with other forms of treatment?

  • What's the difference between remedial massage and Bowen therapy?

Remedial massage primarily focuses on specific muscular issues, using techniques like kneading and deep tissue work. Bowen therapy, on the other hand, employs gentle, precise moves on muscles and connective tissue to prompt the body's natural healing response. While both aim for relief, Bowen therapy is distinctive in its subtlety and holistic approach.
