    Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to ensure ease of movement during the session, as the treatment is done over clothes. Avoid wearing tight sports bras, tight leggings, or jeans.

    Hydration

    It's beneficial to be well-hydrated before the session. Drink water throughout the day leading up to your appointment.

    Avoid Heavy Meals

    Try not to eat a heavy meal right before your session. A light snack is preferable.

    Arrive Early

    Aim to arrive a few minutes early to allow time for any paperwork or discussion about your specific needs.

    Communicate Any Concerns

    Let your therapist know about any health concerns or changes since your last session. Open communication ensures a tailored and effective treatment.

  • After a Treatment.

    Hydration is Key

    Drink plenty of water after your session to help flush out toxins and support the body's natural healing process.

    Gentle Movement

    Engage in gentle movements like walking to maintain the flow of the therapy. Avoid intense physical activity immediately after the session.

    Rest if Needed

    Listen to your body. If you feel the need to rest, take some time to relax and allow the body to integrate the therapy.

    Avoid Hot/ cold Showers or Baths

    Refrain from hot or cold showers or baths for at least 24 hours post-treatment, as this can interfere with the body’s response to the therapy.

    Pay attention to any changes in your body, emotions, or overall well-being. This awareness can help you and your therapist tailor future sessions.
